Martin Pack

COO and GM Aspire CCS

At Aspire, Martin’s primary responsibility is COO for the Aspire Group, working alongside CEO and Founder, Kaspar Roos, Martin also has responsibility as GM for Aspire CCS Ltd and Aspire CCS Inc. In this role, Martin supports the Relationship Director and Admin teams to better support Aspire's customer base. Martin also currently leads the Aspire Group Consulting Team and works closely with the Research and Analyst Teams to provide trusted advice and intelligence to Aspire’s global customer-base.

Martin has nearly 30 years’ experience consulting with organizations to help them succeed in better business outcomes. He has been involved in leading Change Management, Project Management, Program Management, Industry Marketing and Business Development projects for businesses operating across a broad range of vertical industries.

Before joining Aspire, Martin was part of the European Enterprise Content Management Leadership team and held the role of Senior Business Value Consultant at IBM, where he was responsible for helping companies understand the cost and implications of how they do work today and the potential business benefits of IBM’s solutions in the future.

Martin studied Mechanical Engineering and Metallurgy at Anglia Ruskin University (UK) and is a Fellow of the British Computer Society.
