Vice President of Consultancy

Amanda has over 25 years’ experience in supporting clients transform their customer communications, with an in-depth knowledge of the technology, design and data capabilities required to underpin these services.

Before joining Aspire Amanda held a number of leadership roles, most recently running her own CCM Consultancy business and prior to that as a Board Director and MD for Paragon Customer Communications.  Here, along with her team, she managed a large portfolio of Financial Services clients providing services and solutions across the Customer Communication eco-system, as well as designing and deploying strategically critical programmes to improve CX, reduce costs and improve regulatory compliance.

Amanda is passionate about the CCM/CXM market and its rapidly evolving landscape.
