In Carl-Magnus’ talk, “Creating value for both the customer and your organization at the same time” he will explore how, in order to function as a customer-driven company, the customer’s needs must be on the organization’s common agenda. How do you combine business benefits with customer needs through clear product offerings that create value for both the customer and the organization?

Carl-Magnus has extensive experience at the intersection of communication and digital services, where he specializes in combining business benefits with customer needs. Today, he is head of the customer-driven digital service development at the information company Avtalat, and previously he was responsible for the Swedish Pensions Authority’s information and consumer strengthening assignments as communications director.
