Amanda brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic consultancy experience in the field of CCM-CXM, further strengthening Aspire's commitment to being the premier global advisory firm for helping businesses transform their CCM into CXM.
With a proven track record in driving successful CX transformations at large enterprises in the regulated B2C industries and having had executive and board positions at leading U.K. service providers, Amanda will play a vital role in shaping Aspire's consultancy services. With more than 25 years expertise in supporting clients transform their customer communications, Amanda is well positioned to meet the evolving challenges and objectives of Aspire's clients given her in-depth knowledge of the technology, design and data capabilities required to help businesses successfully transform.
Before joining Aspire, Amanda held a number of leadership roles, most recently running her own CCM Consultancy business and prior to that as a Board Director and MD for Paragon Customer Communications. Here, along with her team, she managed a large portfolio of Financial Services clients providing services and solutions across the Customer Communication eco-system, as well as designing and deploying strategically critical programs to improve CX, reduce costs and improve regulatory compliance.
